Did you know you can measure your heart rate with your phone’s camera? It works by placing your finger on the back camera lens, which detects your pulse. By measuring your heart rate daily, keeping track of your health is a totally hassle-free experience.

A useful tip: the best time of the day to measure your resting heart rate is in the morning, just after waking up. A normal resting heart rate should be between 60 and 100 beats per minute, although results might vary according to the person.
